Is a Burrito a Sandwich?
Of course not! But apparently some people needed a lawsuit to decide for them. Panra wanted to block a Mexican resturant from coming to a mall and did it based on a competition issue. I understand that lawsuits happen over everything but really!

I read that article as well and thought it was completely ridiculous! Yes, apparently some of us do need a lawsuit to determine these things! CRAZY!!!
