This is our last crazy holiday week so everything is still going to be crazy.

Tuesday: Girls' night with appetizers and desserts
Wednesday: Pork Enchiladas (out of the freezer)
Thursday: Chicken Kiev, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli
Friday: Roast and Potatoes, Broccoli
