I just find it odd.
But at the same time, the Wagners got an offer they couldn't refuse. Business recruiters from the city of Couer de Alene, Idaho stopped here for lunch one day, then offered to help the business relocate to their city.
I just find it odd.

I find your Couer de Alene post interesting. My sil was talking to me yesterday about the Couer de Alene Chamber of Commerce, how advanced their website is, etc. She is considering a second location for her business, and Couer de Alene is very attractive to her. It seems they really ARE recruiting for their city.
