Finally, Me First!
You think by staying at home you would get to experience all your baby's firsts. Well, it doesn't always work that way. With kid #3, his first steps were in Sunday School. They all said Dad first and so on. So with the NerdPud I wasn't surprised when I was out to lunch on a Saturday and missed her first steps. She said Dad first (and often). Well, I finally got a big first. Yesterday I was sitting on the couch playing with the NerdPud and I said, "I love you" and she said it too! I was and am stoked;).
But now I have to think about how quickly my last baby is growing up;).

Meet Crazy Mom!!! LOL Though I could be nerd mom too. My ring tone is actually "White and Nerdy" by weird Al!
My boys are truly nerds. All Trekies and techies. They love Star Wars too. My second is a real computer guy. Loves programming. My third is the President of the Teen Advisory Board at the library. My fourth loves electronics. Now I'm not too sure about the 5th and 6th boys or the girls quite yet, though they all love Weird Al, Starwars, Star Trek, reading, math and science. That's OK, nerds rule. Did I mention my husband is an engineer?
Speaking of firsts, I took my oldest this very morning to get his driver's license!!! He got his first job and first car recently too. There are plenty of firsts to enjoy! Oh, and talk about nerdy, my son's car was once a police car. Does that qualify?
