So here is the plan for this week!
Monday: Asparagus and Orzo with premade Chicken(Asparagus is on sale at Vons for $1.77/lb this week)
Tuesday: Pork Loin Chops, Broccoli, Mashed Potatoes
Wednesday: Cube Steak, Beer Bread, Broccoli
Thursday: Pasta Alfredo Bake
Friday: Cheeseburger Pie

Must be something going on with asparagus. Albertson's here in Texas had a large bunch for sale at $1.88 this week. Unfortunately, I was going to be out of town most of the week, so I didn't buy any. Just didn't feel I had the time to get it into the freezer for later.
