Meal Plan Monday - With a Twist
So here is the deal. I am having surgery Tuesday so meals are in NerdDad's court.
Monday: Mom& Dad out and for the kids Chili Mac and Cheese with Broccoli
Tuesday: Dinner from Sara
Wednesday: Chicken Kiev (freezer), Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli
Thursday: Pasta Alfredo Bake (freezer)
Friday: Spinach Lasagna (freezer)

I hope your surgery goes well. It is a good thing that you have someone taking over cooking duties this week. I hope all goes as planned.
